Sensual Meditation

The human being is linked by his/her receptors, the senses, to the unlimited which surrounds and composes him/her. By developing one is sensuality, one develops one is capability to feel connected with the unlimited, to feel countless oneself.

Sensual Meditation is the “instruction manual” given to us to teach us how to master the balancing possibilities within the brain, by those best placed to know, those who designed the human being.

Allowing one to deprogram the Judeo~Christian inhibitions of guilt, while at the same time not falling into the ethereal mysticisms of the Eastern teachings, Sensual Meditation allows the human to discover his/her body and especially to learn how to use it to enjoy sounds, colors, smells, tastes, caresses, and mainly a sexuality felt with all one is senses, so as to knowledge the cosmic orgasm, infinite and absolute, which illuminates the mind by linking the one who reaches it with the universes he/she is composed of and composes.

Sri Lanka defends nationalization proffer

Sri Lanka yesterday defended a controversial move to nationalize "under-performing" private companies and rejected allegations that the move was politically motivated.

Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella said the proposed legislation was aimed at improving productivity in companies that received tax and other concessions but were plagued with mismanagement and inefficiency.

President Mahinda Rajapakse's government is set to introduce the "Revival of Under-performing Enterprises and Under-utilised Assets Act" next week in parliament where his party commands a two-thirds majority.

Rambukwella denied charges that the bill was intended at taking over the businesses of those who finance the country's resistance.

"We are not targeting any folks, but what we hope to realize is a people-friendly board that will fully utilize the assets," Rambukwella told reporters in Colombo.

He discarded conflict claims that the planned nationalization would be a blow to the country's projection of attracting much-needed foreign investments.

Companies that either bought or leased property from the state in the past 20 years or received any tax break during that period qualify to be taken over, according to a draft bill.

The government has listed assets of 37 private companies to be taken, including some owned by key opposition backers.

One private company listed to be taken over is building a 250-room hotel in Colombo to be managed by the US hotel chain Hyatt.

There was no immediate comment from any of the firms.

Most outrageous and actually useful gadgets

Canon X Mark I Mouse Slim
Price: $59.99

Canon's X Mark I Mouse Slim is a 3-in-1 overachiever with a beautiful identity crisis. It's a wireless mouse, a calculator, and keypad, all rolled into one hot mess. Sure, this featherweight (3.47-ounce) trybrid is innovative, but we can't imagine anyone lusting over one, except for laptop-toting traveling accountants and other professionals who regularly crunch numbers.

Warning: This nifty mouse-u-lator only gets along with laptops and computers tricked out with Bluetooth v2.0 technology, so be sure yours has the goods. The ambitious X Mark I Mouse Slim is available in black or white, and comes with a soft travel pouch.

Outrageous is the new black
What do you think? Would you open your wallet for any of these oddball, overachieving gizmos? We would definitely go for that geekalicious Star Trek bib and spoon duo, and some staffers miss having a discrete number pad when they're using a laptop, so the Canon X Mark I has some appeal. And none of us can resist iTree... it's big, it's heavy, it's wood.

Flashy Dr. Dre Beats Studio Headphones Swarovski Light Rose Limited Edition by Crystal Rocked
Price: approximately $882.00

It's time once again for Dr. Dre to make his presence felt. Trust us, you've never been on a ride like this before. The West Coat rapper-producer's latest blinged-out Beats Studio headphones rock 43,000 precision-cut Swarovski crystals, and each and every one sparkles in all its pink lemonade-colored glory.

And they're just as fancy on this inside. They bring the noise with high-definition powered amplification and exterior noise cancellation. Fill your ears with the same caliber music The Doc himself demands, and wants you to hear it in. That is, if you're willing to shell out the big bucks. (If not, Dr. Dre's Diddybeats Monster Earbud Headphones should break you off for a lot less paper; they cost about $149 or so.)

Pink's not your color? No worries. These insane headphones come in white, black, and red Swarovski crystals, too. Plug the included 4-foot-long Monster Cable into your iPhone or BlackBerry (or dozens of other audio devices) and sit back, relax, and strap on your seat belt, just like the good Doc says.

Star Trek Enterprise baby spoon Light-Up Feeding System
Price: $24.99

Boldly go where no liquified carrot has gone before! Helping your new life form transition to solid food can feel like the final frontier...not to mention a very messy one that you and your wee geekling can traverse together with a little help from Star Trek Enterprise Light-Up Feeding System.

Dinnertime distraction be darned. If you've passed along your love of Star Trek like a good Trekkie, your baby won't be able to resist the USS Enterprise NCC-1701 replica spoon. Gently dock it in your babe's adorable face station and you'll successfully one-up the tired "open sesame" feeding trick.

The set's durable bib stands up to baby drool and flying food debris, but how are its flashy embedded LED flashing lights activated? By engaging the lightweight, dishwasher-safe spoon Enterprise spaceship, of course. Resistance is futile. Your oatmeal will be assimilated.

ONEDOF Turntable
Price: $150,000

The ONEDOF, short for One Degree of Freedom, is more than a few degrees overpriced, but worth every penny. (That isn't a typo. It really costs $150,000!) If you're serious about your vinyl collection, and seriously loaded, this luxury precision turntable just might be music to your audiophile ears.

Gilded, gorgeous, and dreamed up by one very talented NASA aerospace engineer, the slick ONEDOF record spinner is certainly dreamy to look at. And it's even dreamier to listen to. It better be, right?

It's the first turntable in the history of the phonograph to feature a self-centering aluminum alloy platter with non-resonant liquid suspension. Translation: It wipes out virtually all acoustic distortion and makes vinyl records sound amazingly crisp and clear. Everything about this 50-pound musical heavyweight sounds (and looks) incredible to us, including the outrageous price tag.

iTree iPhone dock by KMKG Studio
Price: $15,000

Ever had the urge to stash your iPhone in a tree? Well, what are you waiting for? For a cool 15 grand, KMKG Studio will cut down and carve you your very own iPhone-charging iTree.

No, it's not pulp fiction; iTree is the real thing, turning any tree of your choice (cherry, poplar, or spruce, for example) into a one-of-a-kind audio art installation. In fact, if you want, you can even trek into the forest with KMKG's carpenters to hand-pick just the right one.

Once hollowed out and sanded, your fresh-cut iTree is trimmed with phone charging hardware and top-of-the-line speakers, hold the leaves. The final product is an acoustically awesome stump of functional art which you might even be tempted to hug.

iTree isn't the greenest or most practical charging choice, nor is it affordable. Still, its cool factor is undeniable. Got an iPad? There's an iTree for that, too.

Android-powered tablet computers accounted for 27 percent of global sales during the last quarter, jumping from 2.3 percent a year earlier, plan Analytics said.

The future of smallsats: The smallest satellites of the world going to ready for the very next generation

The big news is the small satellite front of the world going to ready for the very next generation. From super secret agencies & the U.S. military to academia & private firms, as well as world space agencies & NASA, ultra small satellites are the big thing.

Cornell University has begun to delve into a postage stamp size satellite on a chip design, called Sprite, envisioning a swarm of these tiny probes exploring planetary atmospheres for organic compounds.

Call them a powerful force in the universe. Smallsats have already shown their ability to monitor disasters, study Earth's environment & support agriculture, cartography & earth science missions.

The future of smallsats, there will be growth, new missions, & new ways of working together, said Bille, expressing his own views & not speaking for Booz Allen Hamilton policy. CubeSats are like the personal computer of this industry.

Hunsaker's personal crystal ball predicts networked satellites with individual IP addresses controlled through the Internet & providing individualized positioning, communications, social & multimedia capability.Perhaps just like personal computing & cell phones that have common utility among individual consumers today, smallsats will also follow that trend, said colleague Tom Hunsaker, also an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Bille concluded: The age of microspacecraft is on solid ground now. There's a definite trend toward putting small things together to do big accomplishments.

Closely-release of the iPhone 5

Closely-release of the iPhone 5 as of this review, there are still a lot holding onto their iPhone 4 & are nowhere just letting them go. Thus, it is imperative that this smartphone is always kept safe against the elements. Doing so often means that the phone is to be placed in a protective casing that will prevent breakage from accidents or misuse. Now, there are a lot of cases out there providing protection from the skinny to the bulky that will often cover most of the phone surface.

The case comes in a crimson-colored cardboard envelope that has a plastic clam-type enclosure that contains the case itself. The front of the package has the usual company logos & product name. While the middle part of it is emptied out so that the plastic clam-type enclosure is protruded to give a sense of how thick the case itself is. Turning the package to the back reveals the same company logo & product name & the same emptied space corresponding to the one in front. The rear part contains mostly information about the case itself, including features & accessories.

Google's New Smart Phone Can recognize Your Face!

Google's new innovation, The Galaxy Nexus phone includes face recognize unlocking, improved voice recognition, & touch sharing. In Hong Kong today, Google & Samsung introduced a new smart phone & operating system that could represent a potential rival for Apple's new iPhone 4S.

Samsung's Galaxy Nexus, which will go on sale next month, will be the most advanced smart phone from the Korean giant. It will also be the first phone to run Google's latest operating system, Android 4.0, also known as Ice Cream Sandwich, following alphabetically from the earlier Gingerbread & Honeycomb.

The hardware includes a 1.2 gigahertz dual core processor, a 4.65 inch HD Super AMOLED display at 1280 by 720 resolution, a five megapixel camera, HD 1080 pixel video, with one gigabyte of RAM & 16 gigabytes or 32 gigabytes internal memory. Depending on the region, it will support LTE or HSPA+, two 4G mobile communications standards. It has Bluetooth 3.0, USB 2.0, Wi Fi, as well as near field communication for payments & data sharing.

As for Android 4.0, rather a lot has been done to enhance the operating system. Google's Android director of user skill, Matias Duarte, showed off some of the new features. He began with the design of the new typeface, called Roboto. This is a sans serif font that was specially designed for small screens & to make it easier for the user to read text.

One of the most talked about features of Apple's iPhone 4S is the voice operated personal assistant, Siri. At the Hong Kong event, Duarte demonstrated text to type by talking into the Galaxy Nexus to send a text message: Hey, man. I'd love to talk right now, but I'm a little bit busy. I'll catch up with you later period, smiley face, with which the sentence ended with just that: a period & then a smiley face. The crowd of journalists gave him an ovation for that.

His attempt to show that Face Unlock, which is supposed to unlock the phone when it recognizes the user's face, did not fare quite so well. His partner tried to unlock the phone but failed, which is what was expected. When Duarte then put his face up to the camera, it still did not recognize him. He put that down to the bright makeup he needed for the event.

In defining what Android is about, Andy Rubin, Google's senior vice president of mobile, said: We want to do better than what people are referring to as smart phones today. So we take all the innovation that's available at Google everything we offer in cloud services and make it available on your cell phone 24 hours a day.

Analyst firm Gartner recently said that Android was number one in the second quarter of 2011, with 46,775,900 units sold (43.6 percent of the market). Symbian was second with 23,853,200 units sold (22.1 percent) & IOS was third with 19,628,800 units sold (18.2 percent).

Details about: BMW i3 Concept 2012

The BMW i3 Concept is an uncompromisingly sustainable vehicle designed for urban areas. Driven purely by electric power & purpose built to meet the demands of sustainable & emission free mobility, it embodies an intelligent form of urban transportation & commuting.

The BMW i3 Concept is an uncompromisingly sustainable vehicle designed for urban areas. Driven purely by electric power & purpose built to meet the demands of sustainable & emission free mobility, it embodies an intelligent form of urban transportation & commuting.

[This automotive concept uses a new architecture which showcases all of its new possibilities & potential. It is the world's first premium electric vehicle.] Andreas Feist, Head of vehicle project BMW i3.

The BMW i3 is a well resolved all round concept, with every detail conceived & optimized to fulfill its eventual purpose. Central to its design is the innovative Life drive architecture, the key to the BMW i3 Concept's appeal as a light, safe & spacious car. Innovative use of materials & intelligent light weight design not only enable the i3 Concept to travel long distances on a single charge & provide superb safety in the event of a collision, they also help give the car its excellent driving dynamics. The secure arrangement of the battery in the Drive module gives the vehicle a very low center of gravity & optimum weight distribution. The electric motor over the rear axle which generates output of 125 kW/170 hp & impressive torque of 250 Nm (184 lb ft) from a standstill & a small turning circle combine to deliver pleasingly crisp driving characteristics & give the driver a very immediate experience of the BMW i3 Concept's lightweight design. The BMW i3 Concept accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h (37 mph) in under four seconds & from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than eight seconds. The extremely direct sensation at the wheel is expressed in outstanding agility at low speeds & during turning man-oeuvres, & makes parking in tricky situations that much easier.

The Life module conjures up a feeling of space inside the car more generous than even the latest conversion vehicles can offer. Select materials lend the open & airy cabin a lounge like character. The use of renewable raw materials is another defining characteristic of the interior, offering passengers a further means of experiencing the sustainability of the vehicle. Elements of the instrument panel & door paneling are visibly made from natural fibers, while the naturally tanned leather of the seats creates a lounge style ambiance. Together, these materials provide an appealing contrast to the clear, "floating" forms of the instrument panel & door elements, & lend the interior a strikingly modern feel. With the drive components located in the Drive module, there is no center tunnel running through the passenger compartment. This allows the two front & two rear seats to be connected with each other by a continuous seat surface, which allows for ease of entry & exit via the front passenger side of the car & means you can park up close to walls, for example. With four seats, wide opening opposing [coach] doors, boot capacity of around 200 liters & an additional functional compartment in the front, the BMW i3 Concept is neatly equipped for the demands of everyday use.

However, the electric motor developed by BMW & the optimized lightweight design of the Life Drive architecture cannot take all the credit for imbuing the car with such efficiency & enabling it to travel such long distances on each charge. Indeed, the ability of the car to recoup energy while on the move & special range extending functions, such as ECO PRO mode, also add miles to the clock. With ECO PRO mode activated, all the vehicle functions operate with maximum efficiency. For example, the accelerator mapping is tweaked to limit the output summoned when the driver flexes his right foot, & the climate control functions also use as little energy as possible. Added to which, sophisticated aerodynamics & slim, low rolling resistance wheels minimize resistance to the car's forward progress & maximize its range.

Innovative connectivity functions create a seamless connection between the BMW i3 Concept & its customers' lives outside the car. Remote functions accessible via a smartphone enable owners to find their vehicles, flag up nearby charging stations, allow battery charging & preconditioning at the touch of a button & supply information on the current status of the vehicle. Meanwhile, intelligent assistance systems ease the stress on drivers in monotonous city driving situations & allow them to arrive at their destination more safely & in a more relaxed state of mind.

Look forward to mobile in 2012

According to research by Gartner, the application of mobile will be common 2012. The report covers aspects such as:

Impact on consumers & industry players
Revenue levels
Loyalty
Business models
Consumer value
Estimated market penetration

With the ever growing interest & use of smartphones leading to increasing numbers of Internet players in the mobile market, the mobile network operators [MNO] are seeing less & less influence. The focus has shifted now to individual publishers & developers who influence how users experience the mobile space.

There are most several ways consumers will use mobile in 2012 include:

Money transfer
With most payment services offering person to person transfers using Short Message Service [SMS], companies have signed up several million users within their first full year.

Location based services

Gartner guess that the LBS user base will grow globally from 96 million in 2009 to more than 526 million in 2012 a huge growth area proving the full potential for marketing strategies.

Mobile search

Overall still, the current the mobile user experience is more than clunky. Mobile search needs to improve to drive customer loyalty & drive sales & marketing opportunities. Keep an eye on all the main search engines making waves in the next 12 months with mobile search.

Mobile browsing

60 percent of handsets shipped in 2009 can browse the mobile Web, rising to approximately 80 percent in 2013. Organizations need to recognize the mobile web as a key part of most B2C strategies.

Mobile health monitoring

For example, IT & mobile telecommunications can be used to monitor patients remotely.

Mobile payment

Paying for goods & services over the mobile Web. This is possibly one of the biggest areas of mobile still to see mainstream uptake expect major services promoting mobile payment methods more & more.

Near field communication services
Near field communication [NFC] allows contact less data transfer between devices & terminals typically to pay for transport or to cash in a mobile coupon. Mainly regarded as the main driver behind mobile payment, this technology has a lot more potential for both technological & marketing use.

Mobile advertising

Gartner expects spending on mobile advertising to reach US$7.5 billion in 2012 from US$530.2 million in 2008.

Mobile instant messaging

Gartner thinks users really desire mobile messaging, especially in developing world markets. This presents an opportunity for mobile advertising & social networking.

Mobile entertainment: music
, video, TV, radio, Camera etc
Apart from ring tones & ring back tones, which have turned into a multimillion pound service, mobile music has so far has been disappointing. With the future of music, video and camera still seeming fragmented, expect new unique services to arise to offer new methods of listening, sharing & streaming music.

A new innovation Solar glitter "Sandia"

This new solar glitter [Sandia] can help a lot in energy sector. Solar systems made of tiny solar cells as small as a grain of sand could be the next generation in inexpensive solar energy options.

The tiny cells of the micro-systems enabled photovoltaic system have an efficiency of as much as 20 percent, & cost only $1.80 per watt peak as compared to $4 per watt peak in conventional systems. They can be mounted on a flexible material such as clothing or curtains, & many of the manufacturing techniques are already in place.

The tiny solar cells will also work more efficiently in partial shade, since each cell is separate. Solar cells do not function if any part of them is in shade.

Sandia researcher Greg Nielson, team leader on the Micro-systems Enabled Photovoltaic cell project, holds up a sample of the cells that won a regional Excellence in Technology Transfer Award from the Federal Laboratory Consortium.
